Who Played The Best Vampire Lestat

1Over the years there has been tons of art pieces that portray the character Lestat de Lioncourt, which was first created by the talented, Anne Rice, in her books “The Vampire Chronicles.” For those that have watched the movies “Interview With A Vampire” and “Queen of the Damned” have seen both Tom Cruise and Stuart Townsend play the part of Lestat making it their own. Each person has their own opinion of Lestat should look and act but the one thing that is factual is that both of these talented stars help to bring the character alive. In “Interview With a Vampire” the movie was brought to life by Lestat being portrayed as the stone cold Tom Cruise while showing his rocker side in “Queen of the Damned” in which the Lestat role is played by Stuart Townsend.
